Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Orders are sent to production in 48-72 hours. All custom made covers will take 5-7 weeks to make and will take 6-8 weeks in the busy season. 

If you want to change any specification of your order, please contact us immediately at support@hottubcovers.com or give us a call at 888-700-1198.  We can no longer change the specifications once the materials have been cut. 

We ship to every continental of the US only. Our restrictions are in an Island, mountain and beyond point area. Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days but that will depend on the carriers. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. Once the cover ships, there will be a reconsignment fee  to change the address.
