Return Policy
- All returns must be made within 30 days after the product shipment date.
- All returned products must be unused (e.g., unassembled, washed, damaged, or altered)
- All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Thus, it must be returned in accordance with the instructions received upon contacting the customer service at support@hottubcovers.com.
- All authorized returns must have the Return Authorization Number, as returns without it will not be accepted.
- Customers are solely responsible for the cost of shipping of the returned item.
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.
- Authorized returns will be refunded or credited to your account minus the original shipping charges and a restocking fee. All custom made Hot Tub Covers that shipped directly from our factory are non-refundable.
